Poor service. Would not recommend.
I booked a carpet cleaning service for a move out, appointment was scheduled at 12 pm on June 30th in New Westminster.
Around 12:30 pm that day, I called the company to ask what time they would arrive, since they seemed to be running late. They said their team was doing another job in Delta, and they couldn't give me an estimated time of arrival. I had the move out inspection at 4 pm.
I had to pay from my deposit more money to get the carpet cleaned as an urgent job so the apartment could be clean for the next tenants.
The worst part is that they could've called me earlier to tell me my service was delayed or cancelled, but if I have not contacted them myself, I probably would've just keep waiting.
Do not book with this company unless you have a back up plan.
