In June 2021, Terry from Direct Waterproofing completed
my external waterproofing job for the whole house. I
am so impressed with his work. Recently I completed
my concrete project in the backyard and Terry
voluntarily helped me to redirect the sump pump drain
pipe underneath the concrete in my backyard for free.
He has been such a nice person to work with and is very
knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend Terry to
anyone who's looking for a contractor to do the
waterproofing or related project.

We had a serious water issue in our basement. Phoned Direct Waterproofing and had the pleasure of speaking with Terry. He took the time to answer my questions. During the initial home visit, Terry was on time and thorough with the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. We live in Ancaster. The price was very reasonable. We needed to repair 7 foundation cracks and replace an old sump pump. The 2 workers that did the job were excellent. On time, very polite and hard working. The job was completed on time and the areas where they dug up were backfilled properly. The crew left the area clean. Terry did a follow up visit to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely use this company again if required and recommend them.

Terry and his team did a great job for my basement waterproofing. These days its hard to find a reliable and honest contractor in GTA area. But I do like Terry, his good communication and responsible attitude is worthy every penny.

Great experience with this company. Got a call the day after I called and same day visit from Terry who provided an estimate. Very polite, Knowledgeable and professional. Team came within a couple of weeks and were done in a day. They did inside waterproofing and installing a sump pump in my cold room. Terry also informed me of the government rebate I was eligible to apply for.

We have a leak in the cold room and it is full of mold. Terry came on short notice during his day off to take a look at our place. His advice is very honest and the options he suggested are very reasonable. Terry brought his crew and within only one day, they removed all the mold, cleaned the room and completed the interior water proofing. I'm really impressed by how proper and fast Tomek, Tarzan and another crew member can get the job done. Truly professional.
