The finishing touch to our bathroom renovation was the glass shower door. We asked Kristy Glass to come in and measure. They measured and quoted us two weeks, which is reasonable and not a problem. The issue was the 3 (three!) times that the manufacturer and the installer made the door incorrectly! When it was actually cut properly, they told us verbally of our installation appointment, to which the installer did NOT show up. Finally, after nearly 6 weeks of appointments and taking time off work to be on site, we got our beautiful shower door. Good quality door, well installed, but poor customer service to make their numerous errors corrected.
