Sales was through to explain and differentiate the product from the competition. Time was well spent in discussing the product in detail. The Installer took time to explain in detail the installation steps. The basement leak with the prior door was fixed using a high quality BlueSkin Vapor barrier. Foam Insulation was done wherever required to do so. He also went above and beyond to caulk and fix my other patio door. The team were professional and knowledgeable with the product and the install process. The patio door looks durable and well worth the consideration.

Jacob has excellent costumes service skills and was quick to resolve the issues we had. He was also very clean put booties and left no mess

I have problem with my kitchen windows it wasn't closing and when you try to close or open it was jumping out of the grove, Jacob restored my faith with renewal by Andersen, he attached a second handle so the window slides without coming out from the top and he explained how to close it properly. Jacob was on time and called to let me know he was close by, I found he is a very experience and knowledge person, he also encouraged to change the other with renewal by Andersen's for Jacob I give 10 stars...

Super job from start to finish. Had 12 original windows replaced in our 82 year old home. Renewal by Andersen lived up to every promise. Great support and responsiveness from Jim, our project manager. And the installation crew led by Edgar were polite, efficient, fast and highly competent. Everything completed and nicely cleaned up in 2 days. These highly engineered windows are worth the small premium compared to run of the mill options. We highly recommend them!

He was very educated in his presentation and very comfortable to work with.From there they set up a schedule for the installation and kept their date and also kept me informed of any delays.When it was time to install the windows,it was Joe and Eakam who showed up to do the work.They were very friendly and knowledgeable and great guys to work with.Also Marty showed up to make sure the installation was going smoothly.Everthing went smoothly and they cleaned up like they promised. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their windows replaced.From start to finish very nice and hard working people.Great experience and thank you.

It was a pleasure to meet Daniel and work with him. He has excellent knowledge about the company and the product. My husband and I were very impressed with the product and the crew that came to do the instalment. They were very efficient, polite and respectful of our home. It was very refreshing working with a company that when they say the job will take 2 days and it actually does goes a long way with me. We have already planned to have Daniel come and work out a plan for the rest of the house. I know some may say that the product is to expensive but...you get what you pay for.
