Hats off to Bonnie for her excellent customer service at Fallowfield Tree Farm. Bonnie chose our trees for us, kept us updated on when the project would start and phoned after to make sure the project was completed. Our hedge is now thriving!! Shawn and Alex worked so very hard on a very hot day to make sure everything was done perfectly before they left. They did an excellent job!! Fallowfield Tree farm has excellent employees! We highly recommend them!

Very Dissapointed with this experience. Not organized, everyone who worked there had to be sought out and asked where to go/how to pay/who to pay. Primarily however the "cut" you own experience was very misleading. I have never been to a cut your own tree farm that digs holes and puts pre-cut trees in them. No idea where the tree came from for sure. It felt very disingenuous. Will not return. Will not recommend.

We bought 3 spruce trees at Fallowfield Tree Farm, the team that came for planting them were awesome and professional. On the week-end we had lots of wind and the tallest spruce tilted sideways. We did let them know on the Monday morning expecting them to come during the week... Next thing we know they showed up on Monday late afternoon to secure it. It was cold, dark and snowing a bit when they completed the work. A great service. KUDO!

Bonnie made today extra special for my sons birthday. We stopped by just for some pumpkins and she amazingly surprised him with a wagon ride. She helped make today perfect ❤️

Extremely impressed with the easiness it took Fallowfield Tree Farm to plant an adult Sugar Maple tree (around 20 years old) within 24 hours. The equipment used is top notch and the operator (the owner) is a "pro" at what he does. My thanks as well to the person that picked such a beautiful tree and the people serving in the office. We were able to buy the tree at a reasonable price. When we asked to have it delivered early, they were able to do that. The men who came and planted it checked with us to make sure we were satisfied.

Kenny and Karen were very responsive from the initial contact and installed a dozen trees half of which were the largest possible that could be transplanted. Kenny and Nigel and their crew did the installation and cleanup. The tree's are amazing and the job was done right on schedule often working after normal hours to get everything done. They were very flexible and accommodating and great to work with.

Great company always eager to please. Great prices for quality wood. Always giving us more then we ask for. We got same day delivery. With follow up call to confirm we were satisfied with the service and product, very considerate.
I would highly recommend this company.

We were thrilled with our experience with Karen and Kenny! We initially contacted them about installing a cedar hedge and also a 4" calliper sugar maple in our back yard. Kenny came out and gave us an estimate and we visited their farm a few times to pick out the perfect tree. Karen was very friendly and a pleasure to chat with.

They have a reasonable selection of trees, all of which are in great shape. We ended up selecting a beautiful maple that's as tall as our house and their team were able to instal it despite having a carport over our driveway (no cranes or tree shovels needed). The tree looks fantastic and the cedars are great too...very bushy and healthy. The dig team was also very friendly and professional. They did a great job!!

The best part (other than how friendly these guys are) was that Karen kept dropping the price as she got to know us better...we ended up paying less than the initial quote and we were thrilled with the whole experience. We will definitely be coming back to this business when we want more trees!!

I was looking for a large 10 foot Christmas tree for our new home and found that Fallowfield Tree Farm actually delivered! I ordered the tree over the phone with Karen and she was very helpful. The tree was delivered the next day, and although they were VERY busy, they didn't delay the delivery. They came at 9:30pm. I was so grateful! The two gentlemen that came were absolutely the best, they actually brought two trees to show me so I could pick the one that I liked. They brought the tree in and set it up. All this great service for a VERY reasonable price. I will definitely use Fallowfield Tree Farm for all my Christmas trees from now on.
