Niceland Enterprises

Would 100% suggest hiring anyone other than Niceland. Throughout the first 3 months they showed up a grand total of 3 times, one of those times was during the snowstorm and get this, they didn't even show up during when in the agreement it very clearly states that during heavy/prolonged snowfalls they will start before the snowfall ends and return once again for a second plow, they instead showed up two days after the storm ended because "one of their trucks broke down" and they did an extremely poor job of plowing the snow when they did show up. Out of their three trips they also didn't shovel the walkway to the entrance except for their final plow after it was pointed out to them following each of their last two trips where they barely shovelled anything, mind you in the agreement it is stated that every time they show up they will plow your walkway or a 4 foot wide path to the front door. If it was possible I would go out of my way to leave them a 0 star rating but unfortunately I can't. The only time Niceland is on time and reliable is when they're there to collect their payment.

Extremely poor service with bad customer relations. They did not show up at reasonable times and offended our neighbours when they finally did showed up.. Nothing more needs to be added to this comment. Use them at your own risk.

Came quick to get our money and wouldn’t come when it snowed. I live Newmarket Ontario and we have had lots of snow this year, they have come twice! When they did, they took half an inch off the top and were gone in under 2 minutes. Completely dissatisfied, save your money. This will be the 3rd year that I have signed a contract with Roger Nice of Niceland Enterprises. I have been extremely pleased with the service. Being a Senior, I am no longer able to keep on top of the snow from the driveway and sidewalk and Roger extends a Seniors' discount as well as an early sign on discount.
Again, I have no hesitation in recommending Niceland Enterprises.
