Jonathan Epstien provides a great snow removal service. We have used for the past 5 years and are very satisfied. He's very professional and efficient. His crew was at our house first thing after a snowfall. I would highly recommend.

The service, from Dec 1-Mar 31 included removing snow from a large, very steep driveway and two long walks leading to the front and back door, and salting the area. The service was neat, reliable and courteous. Very occasionally, when some aspect of the service was neglected, Jonathan responded quickly to emails and rectified the situation.

Very good but they often come late & don't always clean the path to garage or garbage like requested.
Johnathan is very pleasant to deal with always answers his cell phone.

Jonathan and his crew were reliable and responsive. With two young kids to care for, it was great not to have to worry about clearing snow this winter. I would recommend this service.

My walk and driveway were always shoveled and salted when the "required" amount of snow fell. Jonathan was easy to contact when needed and responded very promptly. A perfect 5/5 for me means being the first home to be shoveled. Can't have it all but he does deserve the business!

Jonathan has been clearing snow and cleaning the avestroughs at my proparty for the last 4 years. He is very responsive to inquiries and does a great job. I would recommend his services.

Jonathan's guys did a great job for us. Cleared the snow with hand shovels as requested, layed down salt and cleaned off our cars.

We have used this service for several years, just for snow removal. We have a winter-long contract, which we view as insurance against the bad weather. Jonathan's service is prompt, and mostly efficient, although in very snowy conditions, when they are having to satisfy a lot of clients in a tight period, Jonathan's crews can be a little hit-and-miss. By and large, however, quite satisfactory.

Jonathan and his team cleared my driveway for several winters. They were reliable and did a good job. He was responsive and sometimes called or emailed to be sure we were satisfied

Jonathan's team was recommended by our neighbour 2 years ago, and we had been using them on our shared lane way ever since. We compared prices and found them to be competitive. The team had been very thorough with their snow removal. They always came on time or better than their contractual obligations. Johnathan has also been very responsive with all communications. I would highly recommend.
