We had Basement Builders develop our basement earlier in 2021. Overall, we were satisfied with most of the work done. The project was completed on time and budget. After the job was completed, we had some concerns with the temperature in our basement. We brought them up with Basement Builders but they were not interested in addressing them seriously
We called one of their main competitors and even though we had worked with someone else, they made some good suggestions and agreed to work with us. Even though it cost us more and took longer than planned, we are now very happy with our basement.
