Basement Builders

We looked at 4 different companies for the job and no one came to the table like the Basement Builders Team. I was first impressed with their technology (they have invested in their brand and it shows). From iPads to laser precision measurements to concept design I could see immediately through the quote process. They have a slick contracting platform which gives precise costing and change order options for you to select on your own (no paper napkin math or scrap papers used). Which provided confidence in the expected price, no surprises.

The framers came in with one of the owners (Ben) and chalked the outline. Right away we could tell things were going to be tight. So with some discussions, suggestions and real time modifications, we had the shell of the basement laid out and it turned out better than I expected. The basement is about 650sqft. So we didn’t have a large footprint. But it turned out incredible with the suggestions.

Sub contractors were top notch. Frequent check ins and when we noticed minor things, they were addressed right away. They even suggested ways to save money through a little sweat equity, which was appreciated.

All in all, we are excited about our new space. On time. On budget. Professional through and through. Highly recommend this team with what is most people’s largest asset.
