Called for a quote in the morning in regards to a wasps nest. They gave us a reasonably priced and affordable quote. Was able to come out that same afternoon and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Should we have any other problems or pests, I will definitely call them again!

I got a treatment for bedbugs aprox. 1 month ago. It started from one bedroom and they started spreading to the whole house. So we called City Pest Contril and the exterminator thoroughly explained the process, and did not leave room for any misunderstandings. After which they did a thorough inspections of all the bedrooms. They suggested a minimum of aprox two treatments 3 weeks apart. I paid $300 twice to City Pest in the summer and in the fall. Mice are still in my kitchen and they are not returning my emails. I've hired a different company and would not recommend City Pest as their services are not guaranteed.

I called and they directed me straight to the guy who would come over to deal with the mouse I saw. He was extremely kind, understanding and sympathetic. He did a really good job and was friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.
