In April we had an infestation of roaches in all 3 kitchens of our house. We tried many different diy methods to get rid of the roaches including raid and many of the treatments offered by Canadian tire. We called city pest control when we were fed up with the roaches. The exterminator Mr Mehmood came and after checking every part of each kitchen, he sprayed those parts of our kitchens. There was an immediate improvement and the number of roaches went down exponentially. Then a few weeks later he came and put gel in the cracks of the kitchen cupboards to prevent further infestations as well as giving us a 100% elimination warranty. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend city pest control to anyone that has such a problem.

I had a mice infestation in my house in May of 2016. Mr. Mehmood was sent on behalf City Pest Control as the exterminator. After a thorough inspection he was able to figure out the root of the infestation which started in my garage. After which he proceeded to install bate stations to take care of the problem. After he finished true job he explained in a concise manner the cause of the infestation as well as how to prevent such an infestation in the future. He conducted himself professionally throughout the entire endeavor and I would gladly recommend them to anyone dealing with pest problems.

Three months ago I traveled so place out of home for a proximity two weeks. I had lots of fun during my travel and I couldn't wait to go home. When I came I went straight to bed but for some reason I was really iretated. It started getting worse and worse everyday. I then decided to check my mattress and I saw what no one wants to see, a whole lot of BEDBUGS. I quickly decided to call a trustworthy extermination company so I decided to call City Pest Control. They did the treatment two times and they also gave me follow ups. I am very satisfied with the product and am very thankful of City Pest Control. They truly do their job well with friendly staff and exellent extermination.

Mahmoud was knowledgeable and quick to treat our house. He also gave us post treatment advice. He seemed to know what he was doing and targeted key areas of the house. Very friendly.

I called and they directed me straight to the guy who would come over to deal with the mouse I saw. He was extremely kind, understanding and sympathetic. He did a really good job and was friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.
