I had a shower faucet problem. I called John to see if he can help me. John asked me to send him pictures of the faucet. I did and he replied back with a quote to repair within 10 minutes. He made sure I was home, then showed up on time the next business day after we made the appointment. He immediately put on shoe coverings before he even came into my condo. He brought the necessary tools and part to fix the problem with him. He was highly organized, neat, proficient and extremely competent at his job. He cleaned up after the job, left me with the faulty part, which I appreciated. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. He gave me some additional tips for other fixtures as well before he left. John came highly recommended and I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone with a plumbing issue. Great job, John.
