My wife and I were in desperate need of new floors in our 100 + year old home. After shopping around, a friend recommended that we check out this location in London.

We took the time to meet with Tony on a weekday and man! Were we impressed! Not only with Tony's outstanding customer service skills but the products offered in stores.

Long story short. We are very happy with our purchase and are excited to get our material and project under way.

I was confused between two types of flooring and the staff were very helpful with my every question and helped me come to a decision. The prices are very affordable. I had a great experience definitely would recommend it.

Was looking to do a basement renovation when I stumbled upon these guys. I would say one of the best shopping experiences I've had in London.

I Told them I didn't know much and Moe walked me through all possible options as well as different approaches we could take to renovate my basement. They were patient with every adjustment I made and worked with my timeline as well.

I decided to switch my carpet to hardwood floors, after reading the reviews for Flooring Liquidators Mississauga. I got in touch with Dushan. He was very help full, in suggesting the product and answered my two thousand messages to make sure I understood the process and was satisfied with product I picked.
Then came Tai, he is the best installer I have ever met. He is very meticulous. He worked very hard to start and finish the job on time as promised. He also explained the process as we went along the install. I can't say enough good things about Tai. Here is a sample of the work he did

Showroom looks great. Newly renovated. They lowered prices to match brampton warehouse prices. And again service with these guys EXCELLENT

I was a client twice and every time had problems. First time the company gave the price, we took few samples made a decision, and when we were ready to place the order, we were told that they cannot give that price. When I ask why? He said it was our junior sales who gave the price, we cannot give you that price. The only thing I heard is that it's only my problem that I made a decision based on false info from their junior sales. Second time, I place another order with the promised from the store to pick up the next day. The next day I've got a call from the store manager and he told me that the order will only be available in a week and a half. I was busy and didn't have time to discuss all the details. Later when we called the store back, the owner denied that he was calling us!!!! What 's a ridiculous approach!! His number in the phone history, his voice - and saying I was not calling you!!. Probably he mismatched order or so, made a call by mistake. I would accept that. But not accepting the mistake this is not the approach how the business should work.

After I left negative review on other popular site, the store manager called me and set an ultimatum, he said that if I don't delete the review he will cancel my order ( which was already ready for pick up) and will never serve me as a client in future. So, after facing such threats I understand why this location has high rating on different sites. Who knows how many bad review were removed under such pressure and threats! Not reliable at all!

The staff at the Brampton location was so helpful in assisting me with choosing my vinyl. They’re courteous, friendly. They have the best prices. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Just finished installing laminate flooring purchased in Hamilton. I'm very happy with the finished product. Noah was knowledgable and helpful. I would buy from here again and have recomended it to friends/family.
