Dryer Vent Wizard of the Golden Triangle

We recently had issues with birds making a nest inside our 'standard' louvered dryer vent. After researching options I decided to get a replacement vent with a cage on it to keep the birds out. While I could probably change it myself it would be smarter to have a professional cdo the work. When I called and spoke to the owner I was advised against this 'common' solution of a cage as it could become full of lint and would need regular cleaning and was presented with a proper solution at a very reasonable price - a vent with a magnetic door latch which keeps the birds from getting inside. Matt arrived when expected with all the proper safety precautions and has obviously replaced the vents many times and knew exactly what needed to be done. Very worth the price to have someone who has the proper equipment and experience take care of this, thank you!

My dryer was taking almost twice as long to dry clothes. I called Pat on Saturday and he came out to our house first thing Monday. He had protective equipment and was very respectful of our space. Now the dryer works like it used to.

Pat arrived and assessed the dryer and vent system. He completely cleaned the dryer and the vent outside, adding additional supports to the vent system. He then re-installed an exhaust vent from the rear of the dryer to the system, using a professional grade material and installation.. We now have no worries with regard to fire safety or unwanted dust/lint accumulating at rear of dryer or in the walls behind the dryer. Knows what he is doing and it is such a pleasure and reassurance to know that he is doing the job right. There is no substitute for the experience that Pat displays and provides. Very satisfied with the job. Most importantly, in this time of caution he wore all the protections, and before leaving sanitized all the areas he touched with his wipes . Cleaned up everything he replaced and left the laundry room as it was when he arrived.Throughout he maintained a distance exceeding what is expected. about 1.5 5 to 2.0 hour service.A very nice gentleman, providing a service that you can rely upon. Had Pat and Matt come to clean our dryer vent. Our vent is fully enclosed and contains one or two elbow bends before reaching the outside. We had them before a couple of years ago. Very pleased with their work. Boots off when entering home. Clean everything and are respectful of our home. Work done efficiently and everything explained.
Best to be safe...so will have them again in a couple of years.
