We had been experiencing Dryer performance issues for quite sometime and made many attempts to repair the dryer. Our technician - Matt- was excellent at diagnosing the problem and ensuring the proper roof vent was installed and the duct lines were free of any obstructions or blockages. Excellent customer service and care was extended by Matt and the Dryer Vent Wizard !
