I laid my woes about my clothes dryer out on HomeStars - that it was cool, damp, slow and old, and was contacted quickly by Dryer Vent Wizard. Not simply by one notification, but via SMS as well.
Spurred by the quick contact, I called back, and they set an appointment up for just a few hours later in the day.
The technician courteously called me as he approached and on arrival. He was on time.
He had an excellent attitude, a sharp eye for what was wrong, and laid a probable scenario of how solving the problem might go, right away.
Within less than half an hour, he provided a full and thorough invoice, which laid out all the different aspects of the solution, and the cost.
I agreed to it, and within about an hour, the had not only made the necessary physical repairs, but cleaned the machine inside 'till it was veritably sparkling.
It cost more than I expected, but he had explained it at the start with the invoice and pointed out the cost (which I agreed to) - and noting that I could physically see the difference in the state of the dryer, I didn't mind paying the cost.
As soon as he left, I tried some laundry in it: It was pretty amazing: where before it had taken 4 full cycles to get the clothes appropriately dry, now it took less than one.
I'm very happy with it all.
