We were in need of asbestos removal before a new boiler could be installed in our basement. Warren was able to fit us into his schedule for the same day. I called Warren because another asbestos removal company left me high and dry when I booked them to remove old tile in my new old house. I was having new floors put in and needed the tile plus the carpet covering it removed ASAP. He came within 45 minutes of my call to quote and even rescheduled a smaller job to get his crew over within the timeframe I needed to do the job.

I wasn't there when they did the work so I can't speak to how careful they were or whatnot but Warren himself came back to inspect the job afterwards and seemed pleased. All in all I'm happy it's gone and it was a relatively painless process with a competitive price.

Our basement flooded recently with the heavy rains in Southern Ontario. This made our existing mould problem significantly worse. Warren came in to give a quote on short notice on the weekend. After examining the situation and the strong odour that was spreading to the rest of the house, Warren offered to put up a containment barrier by himself and retrieve one of his HEPA air blowers/filters to help contain the mould and odour to the basement through negative air pressure. This was done without any commitment to further work at the time. Warren was reasonable and flexible with his pricing and timing to start - offering to start the next workday. The work involved removing all carpeting and underpadding, cabinetry, the majority of drywall, plastic walling in the washroom, and a bathtub, followed by mould treatment/cleaning. During the work, I did have to remind his team to seal off one of the ceiling vents, which they had missed/forgot. However, I did not experience any other issues, and his team was always punctual and on time for the days of the job. Warren's responsiveness (always answers calls or returns calls quickly), courteousness, and accommodation for small details set him apart from some of the larger and more reviewed mould remediation companies, and ultimately made the difference in choosing A1 Eco. I am very satisfied with my overall experience with A1 Eco, Warren, and his team.

Warren and his team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Warren came out immediately to look at the work, was extremely professional and polite, and he took the time to explain the removal process in great detail. Warren was great! He helped us remove asbestos we discovered during a Reno. He worked with our builder, and scheduled the work quickly to minimize any delay with our project. He took lots of photos of his work and kept us well informed. He was very professional from start to finish. Great job!

Contacted A1 and spoke to Warren about asbestos wrapped boiler pipes. He came out the next day, quoted us a very fair price and we set up a date. His team was on time,they were very friendly and did a great job. An air quality inspector came the next day and stated, who ever did the job did an amazing clean up job. A1 is highly recommended by us and we've past on their name to our neighbours.

Warren and his team were very professional. Upon discovering we had asbestos vinyl tiles under the carpeting during the demolition, I called A1 Eco plus a few other companies from HomeStars. Warren and his collegue showed up the very next morning, and went through the entire area or roughly 2500 sq ft (and additional 550 sq ft later on) to inspect and explain how the work would be executed. Showed up on time on the day or work and even though it was suppose to take them 3 days, they completed the it 2 days and kept the last day for air quality testing.

Even though they was a miscommunication about the report of air testing, Warren was very co-operative and agreed to provide occupancy clearance certificate. I would highly recommend anyone looking for Asbestos removal to consider A1 Eco Ltd.
