Garage Door Opener

Though the sales portion of the garage door opener was a little odd (at the showroom with a lady that was there), the actual work was great. They showed up on time and did the work in a timely manner. Everything seems to be working fine, and I am satisfied.

Garage door replacement

Garage Doors & Hardware review in Mississauga

My old garage door broke (manual door without electric opener) and I could not get anything in or out of the garage as there was no other access. I called around for quotes and Upper Canada was the only one that came out to measure and make sure everything fit because this is an older home. They kept me updated and the install went cleanly. Patrick and Jeremiah did a great install and Cathren (sp?) in the office is friendly and helpful.

Replace torsion spring garage door

The spring for the garage door snapped. Posted a request to Home Stars for the job. Had 3 companies reply by noon the next day. All 3 were competitive and the responses with each company were courteous. As Upper Canada replied first and the quotes were so close I went with them. A rep came out and measured the spring to confirm they had the correct one and it stock. The appointment to replace it was the next afternoon. The installer arrived on time and quickly went to work. A short time later it was all done and working. The bill arrived quickly after that. Would not hesitate to recommend Upper Canada Garage Doors.

Also, shout to Home Stars. The process to submit the request was smooth and every company that responded was professional.

The installer was professional and was able to complete the installation earlier than expected The garage door is beautiful.

Great service

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

Great experience from start to finish. Quick responsiveness on my request for a consultation. Ryan came to my home and we discussed my needs while social distancing in the driveway. He reviewed the options and the pricing structure and made recommendations that would suit my budget. He was also great at recommending a colour that would work with my red brick 100 yr old house, not a colour I would have originally done but looks fantastic. The order process was easy and booking the install time flawless. The installer took longer than we thought and was new but did a great job. Our new garage door has transformed the look of our house and I couldn’t be happier. Overall seamless experience which is exactly what I needed during a super stressful time. Wish more companies could deliver on this.
