The estimator, Patrick Bahen, impressed me as a knowledgeable contractor. He arrived promptly and sized up the job efficiently. My old garage door was an antique, no new doors are in that size now. However, he assured me that with some modifications, a new replacement is doable. His price came in as very reasonable comparing with other estimates. The installer, Michael Champ, was a young and energetic fellow. He took out the old door and installed the new one all by himself. He was also very friendly, showed me the door now working properly. What impressed me was all the people I have contacted, including the office lady, are all very efficient and friendly. Replied my inquiries promptly; arrived on time and finished the job as promised. I would highly recommend Upper Canada Garage Doors to anyone who needs to replace or repair garage doors.
