Woke up to a no working vent, referred by a duct cleaning company, came the same day I called in less than 2 hours. Work was fast, I would say less than 2 hours as well and our home has heat. The charges were very reasonable. But then after a few hours, there wasn't any heat again, so Co. will be coming back tom.

When my tankless water heater failed I called Hawk. They recommended a replacement and were there the next day to do the work. Although they ran into some challenges with exterior venting, they developed a solution and did not 'revise their quote' as is usually the case. They are clean and professional.

Our boiler and hot water tank were both functioning properly but getting long in the tooth, so we decided to replace them with a high-efficiency combination (heat and hot water) unit.

Our home required two systems for a separate apartment. Most people will not even bother quoting such a complex setup, but Hawk Home Services was able to quote, be the best price available, and execute installation quickly and efficiently. Hawk provided a comprehensive, written quote after performing a thorough inspection of the property. (Which included videoing of the installation areas.) They arrived on time with two crews and installed a tankless boiler and tankless water heater within a day. They did a nice job on both installations. They were very professional and I would recommend them.
