Sal and his assistant showed up in the rain and replaced an old door bumper. Original 20+ year manual door installation by another company was done incorrectly. Required cutting slots into bottom metal strip so the new bumper could be pulled through inch by inch.

When I phoned I reached Sal directly. We discussed the problem with our 25-year-old door opener and agreed that replacement made more sense than repair. Sal examined our garage door opener and recommended a new, higher horsepower, belt drive opener for our very heavy garage door. He explained the benefits of the new opener and why it was needed.
