Sal and his assistant were absolutely amazing. They were extremely patient and kind to inform me of everything in detail. In todays times it was refreshing to find someone who takes pride in his work and cares sincerely about his customers. Great job Sal! Called DoorTech yesterday (Feb 28th) after my garage door stopped functioning. They showed up within a couple of hours of my initial call, quickly diagnosed the problem (rusted lift cables) and offered two options to fix. I choose one and had my garage door functioning within 20 minutes. Overall, service was prompt, courteous and, while I am never sure about costs, seemingly reasonably priced. After two separate jobs, I would recommend DoorTech to all.

Very difficult garage (frame crooked, cement issues, etc.). Sal went above and beyond to secure the door on time (manufacturer threatening to be late by months) and then had it professionally installed. Very professionally. Result is far better than I expected.

The sprocket on my garage door motor broke suddenly. After realizing this is a bigger fix, I found Doortech on Google and saw that they also had good reviews on Homestars. I gave Sal a call and even though he was willing to come down and fix it the same day, he recommended that I close it manually and fix it the next day which worked better for me as well. He FaceTimed me to show me what to do and came out the next day to fix it. He even replaced a missing roller on my garage door. Can't say more about the service. He was honest enough to day that my motor and door are fine for now, so I didn't need to replace more than what broke. Prompt, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Sal and his assistant showed up in the rain and replaced an old door bumper. Original 20+ year manual door installation by another company was done incorrectly. Required cutting slots into bottom metal strip so the new bumper could be pulled through inch by inch.

Youtube didn't have a quick fix for this one. Great job guys. Thanks.

My garage door spring broke and the cables snapped recently. Didnt know who to call so I tried Dortech after searching HomeStars. When I phoned I reached Sal directly. We discussed the problem with our 25-year-old door opener and agreed that replacement made more sense than repair. He suggested some options and we agreed on the equipment and time and date for the work. We postponed the work for a couple of hours when they were delayed on another job but it only took an hour when they arrived. The work was professional and complete. They input the codes and had the remote controls all ready to go. We are very happy with their work and the new opener.
