We appreciate your review very much. So for this winter season has been smooth overall. We try to get to everybody in a timely fashion. Issues do appear to happen like: snow plows breaking in places they should not brake, getting rear ended by TTC bus, and vehicle getting on fire from all the abuse. All these things happened to us in the last couple of year and we do overcome it and make the best of it. From all the services that we provide snow removal is toughest from them all. We always try to accommodate every client of ours. During certain snowfalls it is tough to do so. Vehicles and snow plows brake down from all the abuse and in situation like these it is hard to fulfill the clients request given the situation at the time. On going window and eves cleaning as well as snow plowing

Most important thing about snow removal is the timing. Sometimes is tough to time the start time before snow fall ends. We try our best to show up in a timely fashion after a snow fall. Things do get tough once we receive mixed precipitation ice pellets/ice rain. Once we have such occasion in the mix it takes us longer to show up because properties take longer to service. We live in Canada so I urge all clients to leave salt at their properties so we can apply it once we are done clearing the property. Thank you for being a long-term client of ours. We are able to grow as a business and provide quality service because of clients like you. Thank you so much for being a happy client.

Roofing Work - Shingle and Roof Leak Repair

We started to do roofing this year around. I can tell you that it was not an easy job to do, three stories high using jacks and planks to complete the job due to the steepness of the roof. 1. Clean all levels of eaves including the garage.
2. Snake the downspouts, flush them with water and if the downspouts are really clogged we take the downspouts apart.
3. Includes removal of cages, full eavestrough and downspout inspection for any repairs .
4. Does not include removal of screens (leaf gourds)
5. We also provide pictures and videos of our eavestrough clean upon customer request.
If we see any repairs that need to take place while we clean the eavestrough we notify our customer right away with pictures and videos and hereafter we leave a service recommendation inside the mailbox.
