My experience with Liviu and Petrax Design Inc was exceptional. Liviu was extremely knowledgeable, reliable, professional and gave me great advice and ideas for my design. Petrax renovated my entire kitchen including island and new floating coffee station, and produced and installed floating cabinets in my living room. In the bedroom they produced and installed beautiful customs closets and doors, as well as a vanity and medicine cabinet in the primary bedroom. The results are stunning and I could not be happier!! Liviu returned after appliance installation and plumbing were done to ensure that no detail was left unattended to. I have already recommended Petrax to a family member and will absolutely do so again in the future. 10/10 experience.

After an exhaustive research and multiple meetings with numerous custom cabinet builders in Toronto and Bruce Peninsula areas, we have decided to contract Petrax team for our extensive project. They were the most honest, exhibiting high level of professionalism and customer service af all others choices we had. They took time to explain all our choices in design and materials options. They drove to our place located in Sauble Beach Ontario and took their own measurements as well as as they graciously responded to our requests and counseled us on a few of minor design changes. We planned ahead regarding the delivery day. We rented a large truck (for our large cabinets order > 132 linear feet of cabinets) and they carefully and professionally loaded all the cabinets inside. They only used high quality material and did not cut any corners in building the cabinets. We transported them to Sauble Beach and hired a new local crew to unload and instal the cabinets.
There was no damage, not even a scratch on any cabinet. They also paid attention to the small details and provided (for a basic cost of course) all screws, legs , high quality handles, soft closing hinges and even the under cabinets lights for us.
Over all we have had 4 appointments with Sorin and Liviu. Both have complemented each other in guiding and helping us and both have shown exemplary customer and designs skills. They stayed late (sometimes to 8 pm) and accommodated our limited availability (we both work day time jobs) every time we met them. The office staff was also extremely efficient when we paid for the project sending us the receipts and processing the payments seamless with no flaw.
They arranged for us to have the countertops done and installed by another contractor. That is another exceptionally team which they will refer you too if necessary.
As a conclusion our experience with Petrax has been superb, 10/10, and we will request their services again for our properties.

Petrax Design held us build our dream home. Our kitchen is perfection with the custom cabinets and island, designed to our specifications with great materials. They built custom bathroom vanities, front and linen closets, bedroom and wall bed and shelving unit for our guest room. They have tremendous expertise, a great selection of materials, expert advice, and quality workmanship. We loved collaborating on each piece, reviewing the design drawings and seeing the quality work. Our house is beautiful, modern with tons of spacious storage and luxury hotel-like features thanks to Petrax!

They did an excellent job and we are so happy with our kitchen drawers, bathroom vanity and 2 closets one in the hallway and 1 in the bedroom. The communication was excellent and they helped us to choose the right design. They install the kitchen in a couple of hours. They came when they said theyll come. Im recommending them to all my friends. And their price is Okay.

Very friendly and prompt service. The installer returned for small adjustments that were needed after installation was completed.

After conversing with Liviu for over a year, Sorin came into our condo about 2 months before it was completed to measure out the island we had asked them to build. OMG, within minutes, Sorin was finding nooks and crannies that could be converted to spice cabinets, pantries and a coffee bar (we just call it a bar). I am not sure I have seen someone take a bland condo and turn it into what Liviu and Sorin did. Everyone who has come into our condo have commented on how much they love what Liviu and Sorin did. The island (waiting on the counter top) is great but the other cabinets and the bar ... outstanding. So fortunate to have found Petrax Design.

Had to re-do my kitchen due to a bad job done by another company. It has been inly three years and the kitchen is already falling a part. Petrax did a phenomenal job transforming my kitchen into what it should have been in the first place. I wish I knew about them earlier.
