I contracted Maridan to install a security system and monitory my house in 2018. All went well. I had a few false alarms in last three years. Maridan always called within a few minutes and made sure all were fine.
After three years, my original contract was up for renew. There is a change of ownership of the company. But once I provided the details of the original agreement, the new owners quickly agree to honor the original terms and provide me with a new contract. The office manager, Ms Grant, was very helpful in helping me to sort out all issues. Wonderful company to deal with.

Referred by a family friend, technician Henry came and installed our security camera system. We had a completely finished basement and knew from the fact that the job would be a big challenge. Henry and his assistant did an excellent work. He managed to run and hide all the wires. All 5 cameras, 4 outdoors and 1 indoor, are at the best possible spots to achieve the maximum viewing angle. He helped us to setup camera monitoring on our computer and remote access on our cell phones as well. They even cleaned up the working area after the installation was done. From calling Maridan office for information to get the system installed, the whole process was seamless and we were impressed with the professionalism of the staffs. Thank you team!

Very very impressed

This was my first experience with an alarm system. I had never had one before but after a major renovation it was required by my insurance company for fire and break-ins. I was a reluctant purchaser and if I had to get a system I wanted one that was unintimidating, easy to use and unobtrusive.
Michael from Maridan visited my home on two separate occasions to review my requirements and to answer an extensive list of questions I had both at the time and afterwards via email. He was patient, professional and thorough.
The installer Ansar did a great job too. The hardware was installed quickly, neatly and as unobtrusively as possible and was thoroughly explained before his departure.
I have had the system now for 10 days and have found it to be simple and user friendly with full access via my cell phone.

Michael was very informative right from the start. Igor, the installer was great and went above and beyond with the install. All cables and equipment were installed very neatly and he even cleaned up some cables from the previous installer that were a little messy. Shaneal handled all the administrative matters over the phone and was completely courteous and professional. This wasn't the first time I've used Maridan, and it definitely won't be the last. Good service can't say much more than that. They do good work and have amazing customer service. I had an issue with switching internets and they are going to fix this which is nice.
