So glad that I was recommended to go to this company by a friend. I just had double garage doors installed today. I have been happy with Whitby Garage Doors from the start of ordering to the installation of the finished product.

Chad, our sales rep was very informative and arranged the installation of a lift master garage door opener the very next day. Colin and Cody arrived on time, were very professional and accommodating. When we asked if they could add new weatherstripping to our garage door, they went back to the store in Whitby for supplies and returned immediately to complete our last minute request. We highly recommend this company.

I spoke with Brandon and Chad, who were friendly and helpful throughout the process. It was very convenient to do everything by email and phone - they were prompt with providing multiple options/quotes at the same time to minimize back and forth, and dropping off colour samples/brochure. I also liked that the quotes included tax and installation.

A neat feature is that they were able to prepare a digital image of the new door on our actual house, to give us an idea of what it would look like.

Last night one of our garage cables snapped (thanks to rust on the cable bottom) leaving us with a door that was lopsided and could only be opened with a struggle. Our previous garage door repair company had gone out of business so, seeing the positive reviews for Whitby Garage Doors, I gave them a call at 9:00 this morning. By NOON today, Nick had finished the job leaving us with a repaired door, and going to the trouble of ensuring both doors opened & closed properly and were well aligned. I was thinking of doing this job myself but ANYTHING involving the large coil spring looked menacing so I bit the bullet and paid the pro ... I wouldn't hesitate to call a professional again and will go to Whitby Garage Doors first.

These guys are awesome! I called after 4pm on a Monday and had my job complete and for the price quoted by end day Tuesday. Highly recommend this company. Very clean and professional.

When we called for service, they returned our call within 10 minutes. The service tech (Brandon) arrived within the hour of our call and was very professional & courteous. He quickly identified the problem & was able to fix it promptly.
