As soon as I contacted Josh, he got back to me right away, we made an appointment that worked with my schedule, he came over, gave me an instant quote, and was able to do the work that weekend (on a Sunday!!!). Following the job, he followed up several times to ensure that I was happy with the work and to ensure my past plumbing issue had been resolved.
