I hired Pauline and her team to assist in a rapid declutter if a home we are about to list for sale . Their work was unbelievable - they accomplished , in two days , what it may have taken months to achieve . I’m grateful! Impressed ! And recommend them - and I will sure them to OVO our home , should we sell .

Pauline assisted us with organizing our parents’ online estate sale. She provided advice about how to approach the clean up and grouping the lots to achieve the best results.
Plus, she was there the day of the pick up to help moderate the pick up process. She is extremely professional and organized, and a pleasure to work with.

We hired them to help us "empty" our house for sale...which involved sorting everything, preparing and managing an estate sale auction (with MaxSold), moving certain items to storage and disposing/donating other items we didn't want. They did a great job. Very responsive, professional, economically reasonable and a delight to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to others who have similar needs.

Rosalind did an amazing job staging our place and was a pleasure to work with. She definitely helped us to sell our house for well over asking, for which we are very grateful!

We had a very short time line to move my uncle from his condo to an assisted living facility, in the middle of covid-19 crisis. Pauline and her team had everything organized, packed, moved and unpacked in one day! With limited visitors allowed, I couldn't be part of the set up - but I was blown away by the care she put into setting up his new apartment! it looks lovely, reminds him of "home" with all of his art and photos nicely displayed and of course furniture positioned in a safe and accessible way. Every drawer was labeled with its contents so that my uncle could easily locate his things. Thank you so much for your help, Pauline!

The team from Simply Home Downsizing were absolutely amazing. They were extremely efficient, friendly and supportive. As soon as they arrived, the overwhelming stress I had been feeling disappeared. Items were carefully wrapped. Boxes magically filled up labelled 'Move,' 'Throw out,' 'Donate. Many were labelled 'fragile.' I was consulted on every decision. A team of young men, equally efficient and friendly, moved the boxes to their appropriate locations. They all made it appear effortless.
I cannot over-emphasize how kind and caring they were. After 4 days everything was packed and ready to go.
When I arrived at my new home they were busy unpacking and putting everything away. They even made my bed! Furniture was put in place; clothing hung up in the closets, dishes put away, as well as glassware and cutlery and much more.
A few hours later I walked into my incredibly pretty and organized new home.
I cannot thank everyone at Simply Home Downsizing enough.

Pauline and her team helped us move into our new home. They organized the kitchen, pantry, basement with kids play area and master closet. The team was professional, hard working and responsive.
