Direct Overhead Doors

I came across Direct Overhead Doors by fluke and happy I did so. Rob responded to my request in no time. He came to my home, went over the details and we were all set! His father came by to take some measurements (Love HIM!) and they were ready for installation as agreed upon. Both Rob and his father completed the installation in lest than 2 hours. He even assured me I did NOT need to change my garage door opener as I was sure the one from my old door needed replacing. What a great team...caring and professional. Top notch customer service and the door looks GREAT! I am so happy!...you wont be disappointed!

Found Rob on homestars, and the good reviews are definitely accurate. Rob was very quick to respond to all my questions via both phone and email (and I had a lot of questions). He came out to quote, gave me a fantastic price and once the doors were made, the job was done to my 100% satisfaction. The doors look beautiful and the new aluminum capping that was installed by Rob's dad looks neat and professional. One of the best experiences Ive had with a contractor. HIGHLY recommended!

Rob responded promptly to my request for a service call and scheduled a technician for first thing the next morning. Alex was on-time, personable, professional and completed the spring replacements, performed some minor tune-ups and gave me some great maintenance tips all in under an hour. We were having trouble getting the door to close later in the day and Rob walked me through some adjustments over the phone, solving the problem and saving me having to wait for another service call.
These are signs of a company that cares about their Customers and their Products. Highly recommended.
