Shack Shine

Poor attention to details, left many spots dirty, worst part is, contacted them and they did not respond, poor and no follow up, ( unacceptable especially when it says will return call within a business day!) when I paid, I was under pressure, trying to protect my password etc and winded up giving them a ~$400 tip!!! For poor unacceptable service! They are pleasant and polite but I prefer a decent job...
