Brad came very soon to give quote and easy to deal with. He showed genuine concern for our property, even providing tips on an unrelated project. He priced the job very reasonably and came with his efficient crew to do the job only days after quoting. Job was done well and fast and with attention to detail ..they went out of there way to dig out the roots. And then cleaned up the area. I would definitely use them again.

I had a damaged red cedar cut, evergreen bush shaped, spruce tree trimed and had branches from a tree encroaching into the spruce tree removed in early April. Brad came and gave me an estimate and explained all the work in great detail. The job was completed on the scheduled day and done extremly well. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to have tree work done.

Brad visited in person to quote for the work. He took the time to understand the situation and provided an accurate estimate of the work involved. The team arrived on-time on the day of the work and were respectful of our property, leaving the work area clean and tidy. They did a perfect job. Very friendly guy & would contact him again in the future.

Hired Brads team to remove two overgrown cedars and prune a tree overhanging our fence. Brad and his crew arrived promptly at 9 am and were finished and cleaned up around 11 am or so. Brad was fair in his pricing and responsive to our questions. We wouldnt hesitate to hire Brads team again and will be recommending him to our friends and family.

He took the time to explain their process and answer all of my questions, and they worked quickly and safely to remove the tree.

The team was equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to get the job done right, and they took great care to minimize any damage to my property during the removal process. Once the tree was removed, the team took the time to clean up all the debris and leave my yard looking spotless.

Hired Macarthur's on 3 different occasions to cut down large trees in the backyard and to remove shrubs at the front of the house. All 3 times Brad and his team provided an excellent service: showed up on time and well prepared on the agreed upon date, removed trees/shrubs as discussed and cleaned up/removed all branches/leafs at the end of each job. One of the jobs was especially complex given the size of the tree and overhang into other properties, which Brad handled in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. On all 3 occasions Brad delivered professional services at a very reasonable cost and was pleasant to deal with, highly recommend.

I was so impressed with Brad's team! They were professional from the beginning to the end. They were always mindful of the safety of the workers and the people around the site as well as careful with the surroundings such as fences, trees and houses.
