We had a short timeline to get an inspection done on a home we are hoping to purchase. Paul replied promptly to my email and was able to do the inspection the next day. He arrived on time and proceeded to do a very careful and thorough inspection of all exterior and interior areas of the home. He was agreeable to having my partner walk through the house with him during the inspection which was very helpful in terms of understanding exactly what the areas of concern are and how to deal with them.

As promised, Paul reviewed his findings with us at the conclusion of the inspection and he emailed a digital copy of the report shortly thereafter. This included general information on the condition of the house and detailed information on issues found during the inspection.
