Spent over 2 weeks and $2000+ on a repair for my fridge. "Warranty" doesn't even cover the compressor which was the most expensive part. Freezer still doesn't work. Now they want to me pay for another diagnostic to determine the issue. I'm done.

The diagnosis and the repair were done properly almost a year ago, your Sub Zero fridge was tested by our technician and was working properly and had no issues. You called us almost a year later with different issues on your Sub Zero Fridge and we have to send our technician for diagnostics to check what exactly needs to be done in order to repair your fridge since it might be different faulty part or parts, almost a year later it must be diagnosed.
