My fridge was leaking and I was extremely worried about having a repair person in my home under the COVID-19 isolation requirements. Fix Appliances sent Serge who came with a mask and gloves and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very professional, polite and pointed out that the problem was coming from a leaking pipe behind the fridge which would need a plumber. He went out of his way to show me where the pipe was attached to my water heater, so that I could identify the problem to the plumber. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
