Dmitri was very fast to respond to our service call. Right away he knew what the problem was. Apparently our furnace was overheating, so Dmitri recommended a different filter. Over all it was a great service, he was fully equipped with tools and parts. Dmitri is very knowledgeable technician, polite and professional. I would totally recommend him to everyone.
