Manny and his team at Multi-Service Aluminum were amazing. From the initial quote, to the months and months of patience while we waited for my other work to be done. Manny kept in contact, telling me what to expect and in what timing. He came the day the other workers arrived to close off a window. Then we had to wait until spring to do the work! As soon as the thaw started he was back in touch, confirming colours and timelines. Once the date was set the work was completed quickly and the place was left immaculately clean. The finished product was even better than I ever imagined. The new siding makes my house look amazing! I highly recommend Manny and Multi-Service Aluminum for any siding and eavestrough job!

Since we bought our home, quite a few years ago, we hated the beige slanted vinyl siding. We loved everything else about the house, but the outside. That's until Manny came in.

While discussing the replacement of our roof with Danny from <another roofing company>, I mentioned the siding and he offered to introduce Manny's company - Multi Service Aluminum. What a lucky day for us! Manny and Danny worked together, giving us a complete new street look.

Manny helped us through the selection of the style and color of our siding as we (an accountant and a computer guy) had absolutely no idea what we wanted. We knew what we hated though :-). His suggestion turned out fantastic!

Manny's crew removed a layer of vinyl siding and another one of shingles from our house. They removed and replaced all the plywood that over the years became water damaged. They even added insulation in the exposed spaces that were lacking it. They wrapped the entire house in Tyvek paper and added a new layer of IKO Board hard insulation, carefully taping all the seams. They installed a beautiful "board and batten" vertical siding, paying attention to every single detail of our home exterior. Every window was professionally boxed in brand new sheet aluminum. New fascia was added, the soffits were all replaced and new eaves troughs were custom made for our house. The white downspouts were installed (masterfully) in such a way to blend in with the white trim (on the dark blue of the siding) and they are almost invisible. Finally they installed leaf guards on the upper level eaves, which are difficult to keep clean.

One accolade is due here: Puff - Manny's right hand man is a true artist! Give him a pair of scissors and a sheet of aluminum and he can make you anything! He’s not happy until his work is and looks perfect. HATS OFF, PUFF! "EFHARISTO!"

The crew was always cheerful and working together like a well-oiled machine. Manny is a master at what he's doing. He knows his craft inside and out, but he also knows how to manage his team in the most efficient way. He called for me many times and explained different solutions that he was using, justifying the reasons behind them.

Manny’s craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. He earned our trust and admiration and through his work he gave us a better house and made us love the new street look of our home.

Manny and his A-Team replaced eavestroughs, downspouts, fascia and soffit on my 35 year old 2 story. Excellent project, fast, professional with great amount of attention on details and finish. The guys were knowledgable and pleasant to be around.

Manny and his team did a fantastic job start to finish on a complete replacement of the original siding of our 46 year old home, they are a pleasure to work with.

Manny pays close attention to the quality of materials and installation, and also the design and aesthetic appeal. This was very important to us, working with an older home attached to another old home.

Windows had rot, studs 24" apart with nothing but drywall to support anything between them, these are the kinds of challenges where his teams experience was so important and made everything so much easier.

Manny and his team did a thorough, responsive and timely job in transforming our home's exterior (including our leaking- and tired-looking eavestroughs and gutters) into something truly exceptional. They addressed the underlying issue of our problem by replacing rotted wood fascia board panels (neglected by the prior owners) and protecting it with new siding. Ventilation to our attic was also improved with new aluminum soffits. Lastly, LED pot lights were added to the soffits which created a sophisticated, elegant look on the exterior of our home. In addition to his technical expertise, we thank Manny for always keeping us informed and guiding us on key decisions throughout the process. We would not hesitate recommending Manny and his team to our friends, relatives and neighbors.

We required an expeditious eavestrough replacement. Manny came to our property, within a day of our call, to assessed our requirements. Manny and the team recommended larger eavestroughs and upgrading the eavestrough to include leaf filters. The service was scheduled within a week and installation completed in one day. I greatly appreciated the team’s apres work clean up and the use of padding under the ladders to protect my deck and stones.

Manny and his team did an excellent job on my eavestroughs. They were quick, efficient and very clean! They paid special attention to detail to make sure everything actually looks good as well as functions effectively. Highly recommended!
