Wow. , what a great company. ., old fashion kind of service .. First of all they answer their phone on the first time i called. and were very polite and efficient .. Had a broken ice maker nothing urgent but i wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Ct appliance arrived in few hours after my call, Determined I needed a part ..i told them i want to go ahead with the repair but the only problem is that i was leaving for few weeks. They said they will order the part (no deposit needed) and that i can call them when i'm back to book the installation. I called them yesterday and they got here this morning and finished the repair. Great service.

Called CT days before Christmas. Indy kept in touch with me as when they would arrive so I could continue Christmas prep. Arrived same day, very friendly with all parts necessary. Service was quick, friendly, and exactly what was necessary. I will definitely call back for any further repair.

My washing machine stopped working so i called ct appliance they had a service man at my house a few hours later the same day and he had my washer working in 20 minutes! thanks again!

Called CT Appliance in the morning of Nov 5th for my dryer that had no heat. Service man was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and arrived the same day in the afternoon. He was polite and friendly and the dryer was up and running like new jn 30 minutes! Would definitely recommend! thanks CT appliance !
