Shelf Genie Of British Columbia

We had a non functional large corner cabinet that needs a unit installed to access food easier. We went to the BC home show and saw shelf genie and are very happy! Everything organized now and Jon the installer was awesome too:) great communication

I have been unhappy with the kitchen in my small apartment and decided that roll-out lower cabinet drawers would be a solution. I can now see and reach everything, and have a pleasing experience instead of a frustrating one when I look for things to cook or bake with. My knees are stiff at times and the accessibility for older people makes this an improvement many would appreciate, thereby increasing re-sale value and also earning a tax credit for the work. The initial consultation at home, and the construction done off-site meant the installation was efficient and tidy, taking about 90 Thank you to Caroline and Jon for your skill and minutes with no mess. The materials and workmanship are very good quality, with a life-time guarantee. It seems like a great investment. I look forward to continuing to improve my kitchen without major renovations.

We are very pleased with our recent shelf improvement project. Jon was very helpful in designing and then he completed the installation too, which was nice because he already knew what to expect. I believe having the same person for design and install makes it easier on the home owner. I am pleased with the easy access to all my cookware and containers especially the bottom shelves. Won't need to get down on my knees and pull out containers to get something at the very back any more. I just have to open the doors and pull out the drawer and pick it up. All in all we are glad we made this investment in our home and know that it will add value if and when we sell our home one day.

Easy to use, more accessible, and intuitive – ShelfGenie built a very functional system for our kitchen. Their product fills the gap for most new kitchens that often do not have a slide-out system. I love my new shelves in my cupboards. As a senior you has a back issue I was struggling to get anything off a bottom shelf especially if it was in the back. Getting down on my hands and knees to reach these items was getting very problematic. Also digging into a deep pantry shelf was not fun. I found when I emptied my cupboards getting ready for the installation I would find I had multiples of some things. Now I can easily see what I have when the shelf is pulled out.
The process was easy. Shelf Genie's representative came to my home and gave me suggestions of what would work for me. He looked at what I was storing and figured out the needs and heights that would best work for me. I scrolled through a lot of pictures of other jobs done. The estimate was broken up into different jobs so I could decide what I wanted to spend my money on. In 4 to 6 weeks I was phoned that my shelves were ready and a date was set to install them. The installer removed the old shelves and put in the new pull out shelves checking what my tallest item would go on the shelf and then the next one would be placed. The process of installing took about 3 hours for what I had done. He even took away the old shelves so I did not have to deal with them. I had everything back in place on my new shelves within an hour. I am loving how easy it is to access everything now and even have some extra space.
I know these shelves were not cheap but I know I will enjoy them for years to come. My parents had some pull outs in their kitchen but they were wire and often something like syrup would tip over and spill and it was difficult to clean up the mess. With the solid bottoms on the Shelf Genie shelves it will be easy to clean up any spills that may occur. The shelves pull out all the way as well and slide very smoothly. The company also told me about some tax programs that I can apply for to offset the cost. I am very happy. Thank you. Shelf Genie!

Very efficient work and thoughtful care shown for our floors etc. About one hour between arrival and departure of installer.

Shelves are great,it makes easy access to all kitchen utensils.
Due to health problems it will make my life much ease off.
