You Move Me Vancouver

Arrived on time extremely professional and great to deal with. Staff were organized and took very good care of our things.

The movers were excellent. They worked hard,tried to please us when we interfered, and were careful in handling the items to be moved. I would recommend 'You Move Me' to anyone who is thinking of moving.

The two fellows who moved me out if my apartment and into storage were on time, fast workers and very courteous. I experienced no damage or breakage. I did not receive a cute plant in a mug like my friends who recommended the service to me.

We needed a company to move all our stuff from a two bedroom house to a two bedroom apartment. We are new to Vancouver, as well as Canada, so had no real idea which companies to trust. We checked out some online reviews and You Move Me seemed like a good pick, but you never really know with these things.

I'll just say this much: boy are we glad we picked You Move Me!

Shawn and Nick were lightning fast, caused absolutely no damage and were very friendly to boot. I have never seen anyone move so many heavy boxes as fast as these guys did. Just running in and of the truck, there is no doubt in my mind that this move could not have been done any faster. And it's not just that their speed undoubtedly saved us a fair bit of money, we are much more satisfied with the fact they convinced us from the get-go that we needn't worry about a thing. And we didn't. The next time we require moving, these are the guys we'll pick - no doubt about it.

You Move Me gave us a detailed estimate and provided an excellent team who moved our possessions professionally and quickly.

YMM's exceptional customer service was evident from the start... we sourced quotes from 5 different 'reputable' moving companies... all 5 did a walkthrough to help determine the size of the move... big! We had a situation where we had to move out of our family home by a certain date, as the new owners would be moving in. However, we were unsure that we would be able to move into our new home... as it was a 'new-build' and had not yet completed. Would we need storage?? When we mentioned storage to the other companies, the cost of the move doubled in price.... and if storage did come into play, they only would move us if we used their storage facility. Prabh Heer was our first contact with YMM. Prahb was reassuring from the very beginning, answered all our questions, offered solutions to the possible storage question and provided a very competitive quote. Prabh advised us we would need 2 trucks and promised 6 friendly professional movers. Prabh and YMM delivered exactly what they promised... at a reasonable price. Further, YMM offered to move our furniture to a storage facility of our choice (eg: BigSteelBox) and again into our new home, when the home was ready, at a nominal additional fee for delivering a Crew for a 2nd time. Thankfully, this was not necessary but YMM went above and beyond to provide customer service! Thank you to Brandon and your crew for an amazing job of moving our 4200 sq.ft. of furniture and boxes from Coquitlam to our new home in White Rock. Brandon and his crew made our move easy, relaxed and stress free. From the moment they arrived early in the morning, until the job was complete 10 hours later, the YouMoveMe crew had ready smiles and strong backs. Never was there any swearing or cussing or arguing. Our furniture was carefully wrapped and handled... not one item broke. This amazing crew moved very heavy pieces of furniture up and down three, yep three, flights of stairs.... sharing laughs and jokes. YouMoveMe know the meaning of teamwork, cooperation and customer service. I would use them again in a heartbeat! I have already recommended them to family and friends.... you won't go wrong.
