Euro Choice Windows & Doors

Most windows from EuroChoice Windows and Doors are OK. Their service, when there is an issue is poor. I've had 9 windows replaced (on 3 separate occasions in the last 6 years) using this company, and spent almost $12,000.00. There has been an ongoing problem with one window since installation; It leaks and is very drafty when it rains with the winds blowing from the west. The 30 year old window that they replaced never leaked or was drafty. It's been almost a year since I first notified them of the problem. Their "qualified" technicians have came, but never took the window out to inspect it; they removed the trim (and damaged it) and sprayed foam in the gaps, then said it must be the roof. The 5 other same size windows on that side of the building don't leak. Since the president of the company, was never here on the service calls, I requested that he come with the technicians on the next call and witness them taking the window out, properly reinstalling, sealing and insulating it. An appointment was booked, but they didn't show up, call, or email. They have not responded to my requests for a follow-up or refund. Another concern is the mold and mildew that is appearing - not only harmful to the structural components of the apartment, but it can also pose some serious health issues.

** Still not pleased with EuroChoice Windows and Doors. The email I received from this company (on July 12, 2021) states that IF I remove the negative review first, THEN they will do a service call. Seems like their follow up service is conditional.

I did a lot of research when looking for a company to Install a sliding glass door and the reviews led me to this company. They did not disappoint. The Installers were pleasant and professional with a clear knowledge of how to do the job, and were careful to put a drop cloth to protect the floors. There was a hiccup when the installers first came to put the door in, they had brought a five foot door rather than the six foot door we needed. I did not hear from the company and after 3 days sent an e-mail to ask when the job was re-scheduled for? The response was immediate and they told me they would be there in two days which they were with a gift basket in hand. The job was completed in 2 hours. The door looks good and we though the basket was a nice touch! Jobs don't always go problem free, It's how you deal with the mistake that makes great customer service! Thanks Dube! We will keep you in mind for future projects.

The job was done quickly, clean, and in a professional manner. Our sales representative Mike, was very friendly and accommodating. Installers were tidy and great to have coffee with in the mornings! Great job!

I heard about Euro Choice through a friend. We ordered 10 windows and I cannot say enough good things about this company! Dube was a pleasure to work with, so professional and on time! The floors were protected with cardboards and drop sheets so the work was done clean and tidy. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and installation. Euro Choice windows & Doors replaced 4 windows in my home. They were very respectful of my home by placing drop sheets where they worked and walked. They did a marvellous job from the removal of the existing windows to the new ones they installed. The trim work for the new windows was top notch work. I just had my patio doors replaced and could not be more impressed with the quality and service provided by Euro Choice Windows & Doors. Dube and his team were professional and did an outstanding job. I first got a quote with another company who told me based on the measurements I would require a custom door which increased their original quote by almost 30%. Dube came by and did the measurements and told me I did not need a custom door. The day of install the crew were on time and took precautions by co ring my floor and being careful when removing the old door and framing. They were professional and thorough making sure everything was done properly. They removed the old door, wood framing, and left the place spotless when they were done. I could not be happier with the quality of the door and also the service. If you are looking for new doors I would definitely recommend them.

Euro Choice Windows and Doors should be everyone's company of choice for your window project. We have recently changed all of our windows (8 windows) and I am extremely satisfied with the job from begining to end. Dube's team did a great job with the installation, the guys are very professional and very clean. Both frames and windows got replaced with no damage at all to the walls. Fantastic job! I highly recommend this company!
