Racoon inspection within the attic space. Installed wire mesh in the attic in between dwellings to prevent Racoon from entering to our space. Excellent job. I will totally recommend this guy.

When we called A1 Checkmate Wildlife Removal (to remove a snake found in my mother's unit), we had no idea what to expect and do in this situation. The person who answered was friendly, professional and informative - this was the same experience we had when he arrived to retrieve the snake. He was also considerate in checking for holes in the walls where the snake may have originated from and filling them in. Overall the service was good, the professional arrived promptly, was calm and took the snake away humanely as possible. If this should happen again, I would call them again.

Louis was amazing. We had a problem with bats in the attic. He came out, did his assessment and returned a few days after to complete the work. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and did some additional work outside that was super helpful. I purchased a home with damaged roof and soffit. I heard squirrels in the attic, and hoped during the repair they would have left due to the noise. There was one poor squirrel trapped inside after the soffit was sealed up. He was so scared. A-1 Checkmate Wildlife was there within a few hours and allowed for the squirrel to leave on it's own, unharmed. Fast, ethical, peace of mind service.

Louis responded very quickly (on a Sunday even), found the opening and blocked it with a one-way trap, and returned a week later to close the opening permanently. A few squirrels sniffed around the former opening for a day or two, but I haven't seen any since. Problem solved. Louis even came back a week or two later to ensure that there were no problems. Great service and a great price (even got a senior's discount, and a lifetime guarantee). Hope I never have this problem again but if I do, I know who to call.

Had a squirrel enter a roof vent. This company was efficient and and acted as promised. Also gave me a warranty for their service. Am very pleased. Did I mention they were very nice too
