There was no up- selling, decent pricing and communication was excellent from booking appointment , to arrival and completion.

My husband and I just bought a house and desperately needed the furnace cleaned. I called Alberta Home services after seeing their promotion on Facebook and scheduled an appointment. Cass & Cole came out to our house and were the most respectful, knowledgeable and nicest people I've ever met! They were on time, very efficient, did an amazing job and answered all my questions. I will absolutely call them back ( and request the same team if available) when we need to have the ducts cleaned again. Thanks for making this the smoothest appointment ever!

Fast, friendly and professional and the work was excellent. They also cleaned out furnace and ducts in the fall. I've used a few other companies in the past but I'm sticking with these guys for now on. Highly recommended.

First time ever getting our furnace cleaned, it always looked like such an inconvenience. We were pleasantly surprised, Cole and Sarah were wonderful!! Friendly, professional and efficient. Cole provided us with some important information about our furnace which was much appreciated.
Would absolutely use Alberta Home Services again, and with some luck we will get Cole and Sarah again!

This is our second time using this service. Orville is our repeat technician, and his partner was also very good. Both employees were very clean, polite, and did not pressure any extra purchases, we only got what we needed and asked for.

The company uses corner protectors, remove their boots/shoes. Great overall service and experience.

Trish and Steve amazed me with their competence and professionalism. They were friendly and got right to work, doing a great job. I felt I was in good hands and relaxed while they quickly took care of everything. Even offering to move furniture back in place!
The best part was knowing that the Furnace and duct work was serviced and cleaned by experts.
A great experienced from my first phone call to the final result.

Arrived early, explained everything and also other services that I did not know were available like the dryer vet, intake vent and for the system to be sanitized. It was quite some time since our furnace was cleaned the last time and it is purring like a new kitten. Staff were very pleasant and respectful in our home. Will be booking with them again in 2 years.

I found the customer service to be fantastic. They called when they said they would call, showed up when they said they would, were presentable, polite and very efficient, even pointing out a few suggestions and working around all of my animals! I would highly recommend!

Very curtious and professional staff, who did a great job and got out some tough stains post renovation. Prices are a bit on the higher end, and unfortunetly there were no packages to combine multiple services (furnance and carpet), but it was well worth it.

Louis was prompt, professional and jovial. He did a great job and I noticed that stains that were there when we moved in where now gone - where the previous tenant had had carpets cleaned before our arrival.
The landlord was impressed with all the carpets as we were. I felt the price was very reasonable for the 5 rooms, 2 of them quite large. Louis was quite efficient in knocking these off and I was impressed that there was no discarding of dirty water at our place. I was also impressed that he used wall guards to guide the hoses and ensure no damage would occur. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
