We’ve had two occasions to use Basco and both have been highly satisfactory. One year ago Simon came out and defogger a window for us. No problems since then. This year we needed the cranking mechanisms replaced on 4 windows. Simon arrived on time, had the necessary repair parts and had the job done in less than 1 hour.
Our experience is that Basco arrives on time, does the job properly and efficiently and pricing is very fair.
