Kevin and his crew did an amazing job transforming our overgrown, damaged and weedfilled backyard into serene escape. Working with Kevin was such a pleasure to work with and he is such a nice guy and offered lots of ideas and recommendations. More usable spaces were created to allow for multiple zones for relaxing and gathering. His crew worked really hard, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The landscape lighting added a nice touch. The price was very reasonable compared to all other quotations and I believe we got great value out of the work. I would highly recommend Kevco Landscapes.

We would like to thank Kevin and his team for doing such a wonderful job. We were so pleased with the work done 7 years ago on our back yard and patio, there was no hesitation to call Kevco back to transform our front yard. Our interactions with Kevin were positive throughout the project - always professional and accommodating.

Kevin was aware of our short and specific timeframe we had to work with and he and his team were promptly on site per schedule, always courteous and efficient. The project was completed on time and the team left things spotless and looking great!

We decided to work with Kevco Landscapes after speaking with a handful of companies and Kevin and his team did not disappoint! From our initial consultation, through the design process, landing on a final plan and ultimately completing the job, Kevin expressed his care, eye for detail and expertise every step of the way.

We had our driveway widened. Front walkway leading to the porch completely rebuilt with added garden beds. Front lawn levelled with new sod installed. A new walkway built from the front porch, wrapping around the side of the house to the back patio with an added garden bed. Existing interlock back patio power washed, releveled and resealed. 6 trees planted along our back fence line with a base of river rock for added privacy.

Kevin and his crew of about 6 showed up each day, were professional, courteous and respectful and to my surprise, got the job done is 4 days! The last day mainly being clean up and final touches. Kevin was onsite and available to answer any questions we had along the way and kept us updated throughout the entire process.

Thank you Kevin and crew! Kevin arrived to quote the job on time, and he offered options and gave us lots of expert advice. He drew out the plan that was accurate, and gave us quote options. He squeezed us into their busy summer schedule which we were grateful for. Then on construction day Kevin and his strong crew showed up on time, they were reliable, and worked like machines completing the whole job in 2 days. We were stunned by day 2 the previous wooden deck was removed and dug out from our tiny yard, the ground leveled, built the gorgeous stone patio, along with removing old wooden stairs, and building new additional stone stairs to the patio, plus adding the beautiful river rock and stepping stones. We had limited budget but Kevin blew us away with their skill and reliability. And he was a really nice person to work with. We now love our backyard so much. We would hire this crew back anytime.

Kevin and his team were just phenomenal!! We talked through a plan I had jotted down on paper, he gave us the quote and we went ahead with the job. When the day came to begin he brought a team of approx 10 people who got straight to work. They completed it in TWO DAYS!! Unbelievable!! We are extremely happy with the results and will use them again in the future.

Kevin and his team were fantastic, the job was done fast with skill and accuracy, I was shocked at how much they were able to do in just 3 days. They were polite, friendly and accommodating; if we had questions or changes they did their best to help. I would definitely call on Kevco again for future projects.

We moved into a 33 year old house last year where the backyard had been forsaken for multiple years. It needed a lot of work and Kevin and his crew have made it a place I feel excited to entertain with friends and family next year. We had multiple trees planted, we had old sod removed as well as a patio stone deck area was removed. Kevin and his crew regretted the entire backyard so it will drain properly and they brought good soil and put down new sod. They were extremely professional, hard-working, honest, and everything we asked for was done perfectly. I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done. I would highly recommend this company. The only hiccup with this company I would say is the receptionist or office assistant. Although it was technically a misunderstanding between her and Kevin I found the way she approached the issue to be very unprofessional and very rude when me as the customer hadn't done anything wrong. She never really apologized which didn't sit well with me. Kevin apologized immediately and I truly appreciate that.

Kevin is a rarity amongst contractors: he does what he says and when he says hell do it for the most part. I knew Kevco Landscaping would be the one to go with when Kevin first called me back on a Saturday like he said he would. Most contractors dont even do this at the initial stage. He was also recommended by a friend who I trust bc shes picky as I am.

Even so, I always get at least 4-5 different quotes from other contractors and his came in around the middle and is fair for the industry. When he came to scope out the job in the back, he was honest and gave me cost savings advice wrt the concrete pool coping which I originally wanted to remove but he advised against it. He didnt take advantage to make a buck; thats why I trust him and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

We used Kevco for a previous job: 2 gates, fence repairs and side walkway & stairs and we were thrilled with the results (so was our neighbour who hired him to do his gate). Kevin returned a week later to make sure we were satisfied as well as to seal cut ends.

His team for both jobs were skilled, friendly, considerate and hard working. The young men all had great respect for us and Kevin which is a pleasure to see these days!

The true test is when things go wrong and how a contractor resolves issues that crop up. Kevin worked seamlessly with our irrigation guy when issues with the sprinkler system occurred for both projects.

My biggest testimony is how Kevin dealt with a misunderstanding about the design which couldve halted the project until next season if I stuck to my guns but Kevin patiently listened to what was most important to us and he problem solved and worked with us to the best of his ability. What could have been disastrous turned out even better than I envisioned. When Kevin came back to ensure were happy, he offered up some tweaks to some minor finishing details I pointed out (keep in mind, Im really picky) which he will do next season when he does our front yard. Yes, we are happy to hire Kevco Landscaping again and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to any of our family and friends!!! Thanks Kevin!

This is the second project I have used Kevco for and would honestly not use anyone else! In this project the team built a 11ft pergola and a stone patio for our firepit. This was in addition to our first project where they rescued our disaster of a backyard after we purchased the property

As always working with Kevin and Cheryl was fantastic. Honest and authentic they are open and discuss your ideas making sure you get what you want.

The job was done professionally and on time and budget with very little disruption to our lives. Clean up was great and we were using the landscaping immmediately afterwards
