Tile & Grout Restoration

We had a shower and tub that was so bad we thought we'd have to entirely redo the bathroom. They did an amazing job. It looks like an entirely new bathroom. We are so pleased. Thanks so very much.

My 15 year old walk-in glass shower was at the point of needing to be replaced. There was mould embedded in the grout and silicone, grout was missing in places on the walls and two tiles were broken. Thanks to Ash it now looks BRAND NEW. Ash professionally and patiently helped trouble shoot a solution for matching new grout to the rest of the tile wall outside of the shower (which was not an easy task). Some companies have you slotted into a tight schedule and are annoyed if the job entails more than expected, but that was not the case with Ash and Tile & Grout Restoration. Ash also replaced the drip rails and they look brand new.
Len was quick to respond to my original inquiry, provide a detailed quote and schedule the work within a short period of time. A great experience from beginning to end!

Greg was efficient, detail oriented, and professional. He replaced the shower floor with new tiles and re-did all the grout. The other shower had a cracked tile, peeling silicone, and old grout. Greg cleaned and replaced everything and my shower looks like new!

Had a shower that needed cleaned, we thought we would have to redo or remodel our whole bathroom. Found Homestar and got in touch with the manager of Tile and Grout restoration. Owner is Greg. He came with a female helper and both of them worked hard in a small space on a hot day. There work ethic, their professionalism and the actual work was amazing. Greg and team did an incredible job, wow! They fixed our entire shower and it makes a huge difference. They were so detail oriented and professional. There was a lot of mould before, and now it's spotless! Highly recommend!!

Len and his team came on time, Len took the survey professionally, after survey, he gave me the qoute, I was surprised with the price he gave for the following: 1- Removal of blacks from grout, 2- shine old kitchen tiles, 3- washroom tubs calking, 4- washroom floor tiles grout work, 5- washroom standing shower calking/cleaning/grout work.
Len and his team did a great job, and made it like new. The good part was that they did not care how much time has passed, they only care for their work to be perfect.

Dale did a masterful job restoring shower stall built in 1956. The original tiles are no longer available, so he not only replaced one row of mainly broken tiles with ones of a complementary colour but also managed to salvage uncracked tiles from that row and use them to replace broken tiles in other rows. Len and Greg were a pleasure to deal with, patiently explaining options to arrive at the strategy that Dale implemented so well. The result was excellent quality at a reasonable price.

I am so happy with both bathrooms. The black mildew is completely gone, and the grout looks better than the original thanks to Ash who has a good eye for colour and is a perfectionist in every area. He was a pleasure to work with.
Len made the decisions easy at the quoting stage, explaining the process in detail.
