Tile & Grout Restoration

Greg the owner explained the work thoroughly and gave us options.
We had the grout cleaned colour sealed and repaired, in both washrooms including the tile on the floors, All the silicone was also removed and reapplied and finally the kitchen back splash grout was colour sealed. The job was done to our complete satisfaction and the washrooms look like new again.

Ash came right on time, explained what he would do and helped us choose colors for the grouts & re-caulking. He left the work areas spanking clean and our 30 year old tubs now look like new.

Greg and Ash did a fantastic job restoring the grout in our master bedroom shower. The shower, now 15 years old, looked like the day we got the new construction home.

The improved grout product they applied will fair much better against mold and will make it easier to clean. With the previous grout, once the mold turned black on the grout, it was a loosing battle to get it off. The product they applied has a sealant. Color will not change.

Greg also fixed other minor issues he found with a lose foyer tile, caulking around sinks, drywall around the shower that had dampened due to crack in the old caulking.

Ash did a great job. He started by explaining what he would be doing, and how he would restore the silicone under the glass walls of the shower. Mold cleared and tile shower looks great again.

Getting a new kitchen and did not want to replace the tile floors, however they did need to be cleaned and rescaled. After 18 years, two teenagers and several dogs, and having scrubbed them all the time, not sure if I could do it. Called Greg and he set it up. Dale came and spent about 5 hours cleaning, colouring and resealing the floors! They are like new! I am so happy. He even fixed a little grout!

Ash is a great contractor. He started his job off by explaining the details of the work he will perform. He also discussed how he could set up and perform his work, to my convenience.

I showed him another project (separate shower) that needed work. He made time to work on that as well.

Greg was quick to respond to our request for a quote and then set up an date for the work to be done. Ash arrived promptly and quietly worked away for several hours to get the job done. We are very pleased with the results.

Greg and his helper did an excellent job on Wednesday September 25th in Binbrook. Firstly, they kept the place clean and spotless. Secondly, Greg explained in great detail the issue that he found and what the procedure will be to fix it and also the cost for each item. But in the end the shower was better than new. We waited the full 3 days for the epoxy to cure before using the shower. Good work!

Thank you Ash for a great restoration of our washroom tiles. This was a difficult undertaking as the previous owners were smokers making it challenging to remove the old tobacco residues before the new grout could adhere. Ash was very friendly and cared very much that we were happy with the job. Before he started he tested several grout colors to see which one we liked best.
Our washroom looks brand new now!
