We hired Basement for Less after a consultation. The knowledge and experience that the owner Andrei presented to us was far superior to other contractors we interviewed. Andrei gave us a timeline, broke everything down for us so we would know exactly what was happening each week or so. We knew the costs and there were no surprises. We did change a few things throughout the process and Andrei was very accommodating with us.
Ilya, Alex, Sergei and Arthur were very professional, clean, always on time, and wonderful men\workers. They were always happy, smiling, kind and you can tell they enjoy what they do! We had great communication with all of them, extremely respectful and hard workers.
