I have been with another company for over 3 years which they installed the original equipment. I would experience several false alarms during the year and the other company wouldn't be able to figure out why, which made me lose confidence.

Gabriel's team came in for an assessment and quickly identified and resolved the issue. My monthly monitor fee is lower than before and I haven't experienced another issues since they've taken over in April 2018.

Gabriel and his team is highly professional. They are not pushy in selling you additionally hardware/services, just focused on what I wanted for my security needs.

Gabriel was very professional during the initial walk through and followed up with his quote in a timely manner. The installation team was knowledgeable and did a very neat and tidy installation job ( ie. all cabling and wires were straight with squared corners.) No sloppy dangling cables like I've seen on many other houses.

We had security system installed. The team was extremely professional and on top of things. Great follow up and attention to detail on the job site and after. The workmanship was flawless, neat and clean. The cameras are also the best in quality and durability. We got some great advice from Gabriel that we gave considerations towards. Hamed, Michael and Hiroshi are an excellent team in customer and technical service. Their service was speedy and we felt comfortable leaving them in our home when we stepped out. Thank you Gabriel for being patient with us and extending your service to troubleshoot an issue in servicing our program and for bringing it to our attention before we can notice ourselves.

I called Gabe as I was very unhappy with my current alarm company, the reason being purely customer service. Gabe listened attentively and helped me plan a smooth transition to Engineered Alarm Solutions. He is very accommodating and he addressed all my concerns. I could feel that I could trust him not only during the switch over, but more importantly when there will be true issues/emergencies. On the day of installation, Ahmed, Mike and Gabe came and they were awesome. They have great knowledge of what they were doing. The next day, we had minor issues with alarm.com, but Gabe walked me through it (with alarm.com) until it was all fixed. I think that most companies do good in their products, but Gabe and his crew just make me feel that we work together as a team in securing my home. Thats peace of mind, knowing that they have our back. Attitude and customer service is superb! I wouldnt think twice about recommending them.

We called in a few companies to look at our CCTV system, our DVR was not working properly. Gabriel came in to assess the situation and clearly explained our options. We had the unit replaced, the techs were very knowledgeable and courteous. They clearly explained how the new unit works, set-up the software and did not rush us. From the very first call with Gabriel, who asked all the relevant questions to try to figure out what is the reason for the camera malfunction till the service call visit of the 2 technicians - all was nothing but perfect - scheduling a service call within 3 days, identifying the reason for the malfunction and solving the issue within less than an hour. This is definitely a honest and friendly professional service!

From speaking with Gabriel on the initial call to completion, everything went great. The techniction reprogrammed the system and was honest enough to say I didn’t have to change my battery for a couple of years but I decided to change it anyway.

Engineered-Alarm-Solutions is a Great, Efficient and Professional Company. Heard of this company from a fax business contact without recommendations. Decided to call. Spoke with G. R. and explain what my project required. With our first conversation I realize that this company will worked out as Gabriel was very professional and explained in detail the requirements for the project installation. Installation occurred efficiently without any problems. Also the installers(Technicians) were knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns
