Had Shawn inspect our home because of the musty smell that we had during certain times of the year. Shawn arrived and quickly was able to pinpoint several problems that we must address. He has a wealth of knowledge and was able to explain the best ways for us to correct the problems that we have, we only wish that we had him here years ago. He took the time to go over all areas of the house and then at the end of the inspection reviewed what must be done. As a consultant we could not ask for better, his service is truly a step above.
