Did not stop water from coming in basement like Eli promised. Wasted our money and now we have a flooding yard from the sump pump they installed.

I had extensive rot in my foundation. They fixed it up in a few days and it looked better.

Shortly after they finished, I noticed that water is collecting around my dehumidifier instead of draining to the sump pump they installed. The floor along the front wall is also bouncy in new areas now. There are also still rodents getting in. They are coming in through the gaps where the beams have sunk. The contractors just filled the gaps to the outside with a bit of spray foam. Ive tried to contact them by email and phone but no one has reached out. Its been months!

Basement water proofing and sump pump installation. The team was on time and worked efficiently and answered all my questions. Cleaned up after like they where never hear . Highly recommend the foundation guys.

Needed someone to put some spray foam and cover my dirt crawlspace. I'm happy I asked for professionals to do it, but there was a lack of communication between the sales team who sold the package and the team who did the job. I was also told there was a bit of mold in my crawlspace by the vendor -- that was not the case.

I'm overall satisfied with the end result and glad I did it to add value to my property, but my experience could have been a bit better.

We are still waiting for a hard copy of our invoice and the sales person is to inspect our crawl space for our warranty but has still not arrived to our home to do so.

Hairline foundation crack. Fixed quickly. Work was done as per quote. Clean up was good.
