We received several in-home quotes. New Image was the best price, they delivered the fastest, and the service was outstanding. We are new to Whitby and no idea who to use buy and install blinds in our new home, but I can say with certainty we made the best choice

This review comes rather late, but we had plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful Silhouette window coverings that New Image Group installed in my mother's apartment. We were fully satisfied with every step, from initial consultation, choice of product and colour, measurements and installation. Ivano advised us well, and worked very efficiently. The window coverings look very elegant and are easy to use - especially important for a senior.

We were more than satisfied with every single thing about Ivano - he returned my initial call before I could even finish leaving him a message. He came over to show us what was available and to measure, the next day, and promised the blinds would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Two and a half weeks later, they were all installed! He took the old blinds away, did a beautiful job installing all the new ones, even cleaning a twenty foot high window for us, before putting up the new blind!! He provided such excellent advice - it has never been so easy to choose colours, design, style - it really was painless! You honestly could not ask for a nicer, more professional, meticulous businessman to deal with. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a beautiful end result. We had New Image install California Shutters in our home in Durham in 2015 and were extremely happy. We sold our home and bought a condo in Toronto, we had New Image install California Shutters in our condo. They are extremely professional, clean , friendly and price competitive. IVANO is a perfectionist in measuring and installing, and our shutters look amazing. If you want window coverings, we strongly suggest New Image, you will not be disappointment!!

I can’t exactly remember what month he did the work for us but it was done last year. He was nice and very professional to deal with. My problem that I am having issue with him right now is I’ve called him around February to in regards to a getting a replacement screw for one of the shutter my kids broke. He said that he would be happy to send us a replacement for free, since it will cost us close to $100 just to have him come over and do it for us. Anyways my point is he still haven’t send us a replacement. I have tried calling him several times, I even left messages for him but his not returning any of my phone calls. Maybe through this review he will finally care to just answer my concern.
